The Customer Support Supervisor role will be responsible for all Customer Related Services in their primary and secondary field offices. Partnership and communication processes and compliance of operations with the Director of Business Operations and Senior Customer Support Supervisor. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities - Manage, develop and train the Customer Support Associates and Administrative Assistants - Compliance, reviewing, and training on office operational processes - Manage and compliance on office Field Support Scorecard processes - Ensure outstanding Customer Service is given to all customers (internal and external) - Manage health and safety program (Drug and backgrounds compliance) - Manage Worker’s Compensation process (Lag time and Paperwork) - Manage internal recruiting process - Process and conduct all internal new hire paperwork, agreements/offer letters and PeopleSoft/Employee Status Form - Manage benefits program internal and external - Manage internal payroll including resolution of spread and commission issues - Compliance of new and re hire Pre Employment Paperwork program (folders to corporate processed weekly) - Interviewing, hiring and training Administrative team - Manage office spending including: supply procurement, marketing, out of office activities and Purchasing Card account - Track individual, divisional, office and regional performance - Compliance of office operations: 8850 forms (tax credit process), advertising spending - Management of compliance reports: Job error, tax error, national accounts, PeopleSoft reports (new starts report, without hours for two weeks, finish report, etc.) - Management of starts being complete within 24 hours, finishes completed weekly - Communicate weekly with Senior Customer Support Supervisor: administrative team, operations, reports, compliance of operations, relationships - Oversee all operations and administrative team in local office and shadow offices - Maintain relationship with office leadership and assist with miscellaneous duties for the Direct of Business Operations and Senior Customer Support Supervisor. Criteria for Promotion to the CSS Position - A minimum of 2 years Field Support Group experience or related Management field - BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience - 3+years experience in a customer service related capacity - Score an “Exceeds Expectations” on annual review - Directly supervise at least 4 full time field support personnel - Contractor/Field Support Group ratio in excess of 100Compensation: $20.00-21.00/hour + bonuses and benefits Hours: 8 - 5pmRequired Skills: ADMINISTRATIVE/CUSTOMER SERVICE, ADMINISTRATION/COMPUTERPeople.
