DESIGN BUILD PROJECT MANAGER Rare Opportunity!!  One of the leading Design Build, General Contractors in the area is seeking an experienced Project Manager.  If you are a team player, enjoys challenges and want to be apart of an elite construction team than this opportunity is for you!! My clients doors do NOT open often so do not delay.  They only hire the best of the best, because they pride themselves on offering long term "careers" in their organization.  They build high profile projects in the range of $20M to $150M.   This project manager must have experience in commercial buildings such as retail, schools, hotels, offices, hospitals, high-end multi family, and senior living facilities. The right person must have good people skills, as well as a customer satisfaction mentality. Preconstruction, value engineering, and other services offered by the company is a must to be preformed by this employee. The majority of the projects are negotiated versus hard bid, so someone with strong people skills is a must!  Estimating experience would also be preferred. Projects will be a combination of ground up new construction and larger tenant remodels.  Applicants must be able to work as part of a team, in order to complete the projects on time and under budget. The correct candidate for this job will be rewarded with one of the more lucrative bonus structures in the business, as well as a vehicle, gas card, excellent benefits, and profit sharing.Positions of this nature do not come up very often.
