Any experience with heavy Ag equipment would be preferred.About the Position: I am currently seeking out a very strong Mechanical and/or Heavy Diesel background:  3+ years of experience in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, diesel repair, diesel rebuild, trouble shooting.  Must be able to work within a team environment.   This is an excellent opportunity with a respected company.  This is a company that is continuing to expand and grow and is looking for candidates that will be prepared to help drive toward the future.  Main qualifications and duties will include but not be limited to:  · Must have a valid Drivers License prefer CDL· 3+ years as a diesel mechanic and/or completion of recognized heavy equipment or diesel program· Technical degree, certificate or diploma in diesel engines, electronics, or equivalent amount of experience· Diagnoses and repairs problems in the areas of engine, component parts and various other vehicle items· Must be able to make decisions on whether an engine/or other vehicle component can continue to operate or should be repaired/replaced, based on best overall value and safety· May have responsibilities for initial estimation of required repairs, timeline for repairs or an understanding of when to direct the estimation to a Mechanic who can further diagnose · A strong work ethic and ability to be accountable for decisions and trusted to get the job done and done right to technical, safety, and customer satisfaction· Must be able to pass the physical and drug screenLocation: Wisconsin Compensation: $40,000 – 55,000 DOE plus benefits.
