Company Brief: Our client, a major player in the Federal integration arena, has enjoyed unprecedented growth over the past 10 years and they attribute that growth to the dedicated work of a cadre of Capture Managers who have been responsible for focusing on and wining large-scale business opportunities. At this time they seek a Director of Capture Management to concentrate on the Federal/Civilian sector. This long-standing client has an excellent work environment, outstanding compensation, to $175k or more, annual bonus, stock options and an excellent benefit package. This position is open! Job Description: Reporting to a Business Unit President, the successful candidate will have primary responsibility for the capture process including cultivating key client relationships, maintaining a thorough knowledge of assigned client organizations and decision-making processes, determining key issues, effectively presenting corporate capabilities to prospective clients, developing teaming strategies and negotiating teaming agreements. Our client has a well established and highly successful capture process and they seek top-notch candidates who will work seamlessly within that process. The Director we seek will manage the process to ensure that the group qualifies new and follow-on business opportunities, verifies that the opportunities have a high probability of continuing as biddable procurements and are likely to survive the budgetary and procurement authority approval process. We seek the BD architect, a person with the proven ability to put the deal together and to make it happen! Along with strong capture management, our client seeks exceptional oral presentation and writing skills. We seek a polished candidate! Our client is prepared to offer an excellent compensation package that includes a base to $175k or more for the right candidates, plus annual bonus, equity and an excellent benefit package. Qualifications: 15years experience leading the capture management process. A proven record of capturing Federal Civilian or DoD work in the range of $20M to $200M in total award. BS/BA required, advanced degree preferred. Some travel required. An existing security clearance is desired, and the ability to hold a Government clearance is required as is US Citizenship.
