Reporting to the CNO, this person will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the ICU. This gorgeous 14 bed unit has recently been redone.  It is a beautiful unit with the nursing station in the center surrounding the patient’s beds. The successful candidate will supervise everything from budgets to staffing. We offer the highest staffing ratio’s in the area. The unit also offers an educator for teaching the latest technology. This is a well run unit needing a leader to take them to the next step. Strong communication skills and clinical skills required. The VP of Nursing is a fabulous down to earth person with an open door policy. Knowing every employees name this VP is the kind of boss we all dream of having.  QUALIFICATIONS: MSN REQUIRED. MA LICENSE & 5+ years progressive management experience in Critical Care.
