Director of Product Management

92090 Hands-on Director of Product Management needed for an early-stage start-up in the city currently building a new information platform based on social / community networking! You will play a critical role in developing strategies and the core product offering, conducting market research and the Product roadmap. Working between marketing and engineering teams, you will set the pace on new product features and timeframes while reporting directly to the Founder / CEO. This is an early-stage company, so individuals should be interested and motivated to contribute accordingly to this fast-paced, innovative environment. Qualified candidates will have a strong track record of successful online product management of consumer-facing websites. Ideal candidates will have experience with community or social networking-based sites, but that is not required for consideration. Prior start-up experience is strongly preferred! Excellent communication skills and a track record of stable employment are required.
