This is a unique opportunity to work with our client, a growing company and to help re-invent how they approach staffing operations today.  They are looking for that creative staffing leader to help find new solutions that will expand the staffing operation.

 

Primary Responsibilities Lead all sales efforts with Branch Manager and sales team.  This will include targeting, marketing, sales processing and direct participation in key account sales meeting with or without members of the sales team.Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and develop / access policies for the Administrative division and corresponding branch operations. Conduct and implement training programs for branch managers, technical recruiters and administrative staff.

Job Qualifications  Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development and strategic planningMust be able to build solid, remotely managed, staffing teams Strong working knowledge of staffing management systems and processesTrack record of initiating ideas and programs not just delivering what is requestedAbility to influence, consult and negotiate to present a solid business case for staffing initiatives to partners/clients at all levelsBachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of broad staffing experience with at least 5 years in a position in managing direct reports who are managers, sales, recruiters and support staff.
