Staff IT Inc., a leading technology staffing firm located in midtown Manhattan (2 blocks from Penn Station) is searching for a Director of Recruiting for our midtown office. This is a fast-paced position that offers a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. This position offers growth into senior management and a career path that could lead to multi-office responsibility.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
1. Proven ability to lead, manage and develop an IT recruiting team.
2. Recruit mid to high-level IT professionals using major job boards, internal candidates, networking and headhunting techniques.
3. Full life-cycle recruiting expertise.
4. Proven success in filling senior level IT positions at Fortune 500 type clientele.
5. Interface with HR, senior technology professionals and management at Fortune 500 clientele.
6. Develop, maintain and secure business at existing and new clients.
7. Screen, phone interview and conduct face-to-face interviews.
