Clovis is actively seeking an aggressive, proactive Division Manager for our IT practice group. This results-oriented individual will direct and motivate his/her team to consistently achieve their goals, while constantly seeking new ways to improve the company as a whole.

 

Responsibilities:Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the IT Staffing teamDevelop territory management plans and business selling strategiesSell company services by interacting with established clients and developing new prospective clientsWork collaboratively with the IT Division ManagerPlan and develop sales strategies and campaigns for major accountsCoach on sales and marketing practices, techniques, and knowledge of our services and negotiate sales agreements and changes that meet division sales objectives, establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of clients

Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree in related field7-10 years of staffing industry experienceIs currently/has worked in a medium to large size branchHas managed a team with revenues in excess of $20 millionMust have IT Staffing & Consulting experienceGovernment sales experience is a plus
