The Director of Sales will have the primary responsibility to manage and grow existing operations, as well as open new field offices throughout Southern California, where LABOR FINDERS currently has 22 field operations locations.

 

Responsibilities include:Executes short and long term sales strategies and tactics developed with top management and the company philosophy, standards and goals.Utilizes management systems to project, manage and monitor increased sales and territory expansion.Prepare, analyze and present reports showing market trends, competition data and field office performance making timely corrective actions, as required.Provide a positive, ethical, entrepreneur-like, success-oriented management and leadership style that will inspire and motivate sales teams to perform to their highest potential and increased productivity. Provide hands on direction and leadership to field office teams including sales training and joint sales calls to coach and mentor to grow sales in existing offices.Regularly conduct formal and informal, classroom and field sales training.Recruit high quality candidates for field office internal employee positions. Develop and use Management by Objectives (MBO) to monitor progress of established goals..Maintain a good and effective working relationship with corporate Accounting, Collections, Human Resources, Training and IT Departments.Plan and scout for site locations, as needed, to meet shifting or growing market demand and company expansion plans.Effective use of time, manpower and available resources to produce results.

 

Compensation package:Extraordinary package based on a combination of base salary, commission and quarterly bonus based on sales production and company measurable goals. Base salary consideration on past experience in industry and previous compensation history.Benefits after 90 day introductory period include medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plan with profit share potential, paid time off (PTO), holiday and company provided tools and allowances.
