Update instructions accordingly as required to fulfill production requirements. QUALIFICATIONS:An Electrical Engineer Position, temp to hire position in Milpitas, California is looking for an Electrical Engineer with minimum of 8 years Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering experience needed perform the followings:  Perform complex electronic troubleshooting for manufacturing line support and PCBA troubleshooting to the component level. Laser and/or Medical device capital equipment experience is a big plus.  Create/initiate/write/edit/update standardized work instructions  Must have experience in Manufacturing Instructions and/or test procedures for electro mechanical subassemblies, PCB's, and systems. Document test fixtures and assembly tools. Intiate and complete comprehensive Engineering change orders in Agile.COMPUTER SKILLS: OrCad/PCB Design Tools AutoCad & Solidworks, SAP Agile knowledge a plus.
