You will consult with your clients in order to understand their exact requirements and you will educate them about their competitive landscape, while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. You will need a real desire to learn. Successful recruiters all have their own style, but the fundamental training which you will receive, needs to be followed and practiced. You will spend a great deal of time on the phone and the first 6-9 months developing new clients. You will receive a huge amount of rejection. You will leave thousands of unreturned voicemail messages. You may suffer from low confidence. You may want to throw in the towel. On the other hand, you will define your market. You will own your business plan. You will become a specialist in your marketplace. You will set goals and hold yourself accountable to them. You will be finding great people great jobs. You will build lasting relationships with clients.
