Title:  Estimators/Project Managers, and Superintendents – Great OpportunityPosition Type:  Full-Time, ExemptLocation:  Albuquerque, NM SUMMARY:  Career Oriented individuals needed ASAP!  My client, one of the top general contractors in the area, has retained my firm to find them  top-notch, results oriented Estimators, Project Managers, and Superintendents.  The company is in a growth mode, and needs several driven, hard working individuals to assist on several high profile projects that are coming up.  The right person will be assertive, have great communication skills, and be proactive decision maker.  RESPONSIBILITIES  ·Be an effective communicator to all subcontractors, owners, and administrative staff.· Be knowledgeable in all phases of construction.·Able to handle multiple tasks, scheduling, and meet tight deadlines. ·Must be highly organized, an independent worker, and decision maker. ·Must safety conscious and be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as they arise.  QUALIFICATIONS  ·  Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering required·   5-10 plus years in the Industrial and Underground Utility Commercial Construction industry.·  General knowledge of construction principles/processes.
