These individuals must have both  Negotiated Estimating and Project Management experience. This person will be the one point of contact for the client from start to finish.  Projects vary in size from 20k up to $20 million.  Our Client is looking for articulate professionals who have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This person must be aggressive, yet very professional, have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to take great care of the client.
