Job Description:
High end boutique financial firm seeks a well polished/presentable receptionist to act as the voice and face of their flourishing business

Meet and greet VIP clients, as well as high level executive on a daily basis
Answer multiple telephone lines, transfer calls, take and relay messages
Oversee daily correspondence via interoffice mail, US Postal service, Fed-Ex, etc

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
