This is a high level sales position and S. R. Clarke, Inc. is seeking the right candidate to be responsible for marketing to pre-existing and new clients via phone, conduct client meetings and participate in networking events.

 

Cold calls, canvassing, and jobsite visits within your assigned territory will be your primary means to achieve success. Related industry or sales experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates. You will need strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Attention to detail, organization, and strong computer skills are a must.

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a desire to succeed, be a self-starter and entrepreneurial.  Your strength is in your communication skills and your capacity to communicate new ideas and concepts to business management.  Successful candidates will thrive in a competitive environment, have a proven track record and be primarily 'hunters' as opposed to 'farmers'. In addition to these skill sets, candidates should have excellent networking skills and demonstrate the ability to cold call on a daily basis.

We offer a full benefits package, which includes Health, Dental, 401K, medical savings, as well as equity participation.  Compensation is commensurate with experience and ability.

 

Qualified candidates will be trained. Promotion is performance based. Experience in our specialties is not required. A degree is preferred. Business and management experience can be substituted for a formal education. S. R. Clarke will hire based on talent and skill.
