We’re looking for those of you who have a track record of success within a sales environment, either as a sales person or as a customer service specialist. The pace is fierce, urgency is in everything we do and we focus on building long term relationships with both candidates and clients.

 

The time it takes to get up to speed is up to the individual, but it is realistic that you will be closing business within your first 3 months and earning commissions.

 

Great recruiters make great livings, but the business is tough – you’ll be faced with a lot of rejection and will need to have the mental strength to keep going and to stay positive.
