The Contract Recruiter will be located on-site at State Street Financial in Boston, MA and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the staffing process for functional client groups/programs. Acts as a consultant by offering creative and effective staffing solutions, conducting needs analysis, sourcing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for open financial services related position.


Position Requirements:

The preferred candidate will have a BA/BS in business, human resources or related field or equivalent experience and 3+ years experience in staffing or human resources with emphasis on recruitment/ selection and a high level of customer service. Exceptional communication, interviewing, Web eCruiting, organizational, time management, and customer service skills required. Must be proficient with computer technology, Word, Excel, Internet and other related software. Must be able to problem solve and negotiate. Must also be able to handle multiple tasks that require detail-orientation.
