Lab Skills Required for several positions:

Batch-making of emulsions, surfactants, oils

Shade matching of cosmetics

Stability testing

Filling of samples for testing

Obtaining raw ingredients

General lab maintenance

 

Required instrumentation:

wet chemical testing, XRF, spectroscopy & chromatography, HPLC, NMR, IR, GC, ELISA, pH, FTIR, stability testing, raw materials testing, finished goods testing, cell culture, purification

 

Clinical/Regulatory Requirements:

Monitoring one or more clinical investigations including collecting, processing and reviewing case report forms; assisting in the preparation of IND, BLA or NDA documents; understanding of regulation, guidelines and policies for conducting clinical investigations.  Advanced degree strongly preferred.

 

Education:

AA/AS or BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Nursing, Life Science, Pharmacy, Medicine or Biochemistry.
