HR Manager - Talent Development Position Summary The HR Manager will direct and oversee the internal functions of Recruiting, Training and Development, Recognition and Employee Relations.  The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that managers comply with company policies and procedures regarding the following functional areas:   Staffing  Develop, implement and maintain assessment and evaluation techniques to ensure the acquisition and selection of employees who will upgrade talent levels within TAC Worldwide. Oversee the managed recruitment function for salaried positions throughout the organization as well as the daily activities of Recruiters. Employee Relations  Counsel and advise managers on employee relation’s issues such as policy interpretation, disciplinary action, performance management, conflict resolution and complaint investigation. Troubleshoot and solve a variety of staff and contractor issues including compensation, benefits, conflict and employee relations in compliance to company policy and procedures, state and federal regulations. Identify and develop methods to increase employee engagement/retention. Training and Development  Proven experience in leading training and development initiatives including needs assessment, instructional design and delivery techniques including but not limited to: Performance management Training and education Succession planning Organizational development/planning Competencies Requirements  Consulting skills Relationship management Coaching techniques Conflict resolution Process management and improvement Technology skills: creation of tools and processes that can aid in the assistance and efficiency of administrative work Program development and evaluation   Job Requirements Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years or more of progressive Recruiting, Training and Employee Relations experience with 3 years in staff management.  Industry experience is preferred, but not required.
