Duties will include ensuring consistent application of client staffing policies and procedures, on-site support for Human Resource staffing & recruiting, and related functions for the Client. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide Human Resource related support and HR generalist activities for client. - Client relations/interface on a day-to-day basis as related to scope of position. - Provide end-to-end support of a client group for all staffing administration. - Client responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing job posting, applicant tracking, prescreening resumes and conducting phone screens, interview scheduling, offer compliance & processing and related paper work as required.- Coordinate completeness of all staffing related forms, processes and on boarding including tracking, organizing and filing efficiently.- Process management and oversight of staffing process ensuring compliance with client requirements. - Focal point for the using managers and HR base.- Attend and contribute to client meetings as required.- Direct support of Operations Leader for internal/external reporting and communication needs. - Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:- Previous human resources & recruitment experience.- Strong knowledge of staffing practices including use of applicant tracking systems - HireSystems experience a plus.- Demonstrated customer service ethic/commitment.- Well organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively.- Desire and ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment. - Proficiency and strength in the use of the Desktop software, Internet, & Web based applications.- Must have a high level of integrity in dealing with information of a confidential nature.- Must be able to communicate successfully with all levels of management.- Ability to learn new tasks and/or processes quickly.- BS Degree in related discipline or 3 years minimum related work experience required.Benefits:Benefits include: medical, dental, life, long and short term disability, tuition assistance, paid holiday, personal and vacation time and continued growth opportunity.
