THE POSITION
This position will be responsible for managing all functions associated with the recruiting, screening and scheduling of Healthcare Professionals.
Daily activities will include:Relationship Building with Clients and Employees Recruit through various sources, including internet, referrals, and direct mail Contacting prospective and existing employees via telemarketing, cold calls, email, scheduled appointments and follow-up calls Negotiating pay and bill rates Processing Client Orders Coordinate scheduling and staffing of clinical professionals with Staffing Manager Pulls candidates from national sources and ensures referral to appropriate managers Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates Assist Sales Manager in prospecting new business


REQUIREMENTSHealthcare Staffing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Must be proficient with MS Office Must be willing to perform recruiting duties: Attend Job Fairs, Internet Recruiting, Cold Call Candidates and Clients, etc. Ability to function as a member of a team Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills High degree of initiative, creativity and willingness to accept responsibility Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and obtain personal achievement goals
