Hiring Strong Billing Coordinators in Dallas Area

Our client is searching for a LOCAL and UNEMPLOYED candidate who can start working IMMEDIATELY; please do not respond if this is not your current status. Q&A has partnered with a Dallas based energy company to fill some key billing positions.  These positions are contract-to-hire and will be responsible for researching customer billing errors.  This role will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and correcting errors on customer accounts to ensure accurate billing, including updates on customer email and on line billing addresses. Good written and verbal communication is imperative because this position will resolve written customer inquiries, requests, complaints and other correspondence.  Will be enabled to process sales tax credits, deposits, consumption and monetary adjustments as needed to ensure correct billing.   Strong attention to detail, 2+ years of related experience, and basic Excel skills are required.  Compensation will depend upon experience. Does this opportunity sound almost, but not quite right for you?
