91303 Human Resources Manager Job Summary:Support operating units of this North-of-Boston firm by implementing human resources programs. Be a key player in solving performance problems. Implement human resources efforts including Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HRIS, Policies & Procedures, Health & Safety, succession planning, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations, and maintaining confidential employment materials. Improve manager and employee performance by identifying problems; evaluating and implementing solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees. Collaborate with senior management to identify hiring needs and implement recruiting strategy. Maintain and analyze compensation and job date Maintain benefit programs by completing installations and modifications, administering plans & providing information to employees. Facilitate training programs to benefit employee development. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Keep up to date on current HR practices by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
