In this position you will be located at one of the company’s flagship facilities, located in central Wisconsin. They offer VERY competitive compensation packages along with growth potential in a challenging and exciting work environment!!!

You will:Report to the Human Resource ManagerResponsible for supporting all HR functions including labor for the 350 employee manufacturing facility We need this person to be promotable within two years to a HR Manager position

Our client is looking for:Strong Human Resource generalist backgroundBachelor's degree Human Resources or related fields requiredUnion experience required, prefer grievance resolution, labor negotiations experience a plusManufacturing experience required, high volume preferred
