In this flexible contract-to-permanent HR Generalist role, you will: Manage incoming calls regarding various Human Resources issues from field and corporate employees addressing all employee relations issues and directing other inquiries to other areas as appropriate. Provide timely and accurate resolution to issues and questions regarding performance management, policy interpretation, and corrective action. Provide professional coaching to all managers in addressing employee performance and/or violation of policies and procedures. Project work as assigned. Performance Management / Corrective Action Training. Support Open Enrollment process. Conduct New Management On-Boarding.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Experience in partnering with all levels of management on Human Resources issues. Ability to make recommendations for change and also implement those changes as appropriate. High energy, team spirit, and a very positive "can do" attitude. Proficiency in addressing employee relations issues. Strong customer service skills both via phone and in person. Superior verbal and written communications skills. B.S. or B.A. required. Skilled in MS Office.
