Company Description International financial services provider Job Description Responsibilities for the Fund Accounting Senior include: Assisting in the accounting and financial reporting for the companies real estate funds Preparing quarterly fund financial statements and reporting Understanding the fund operations, analyzing results and insuring accuracy of related data Understanding fund partnership agreements and assisting in applying the provisions of the agreements Reviewing and analyzing project level financial reporting Assisting in researching accounting and financial reporting issues relative to financial reporting, company policies, current value accounting and generally accepted accounting principles. Coordinating, preparing, reviewing and analyzing the companies financial reporting Preparing and reviewing month-end reconciliations Preparing variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis Assisting in responding to requests for information requests relative to fund investments from various areas, both within and outside of the company Handling special projects as required Required Skills 4-6 years of real estate, p/e or fund administration experience required Strong Excel skills Desired Skills Public accounting experience Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: INACTIVE--Fund Accounting Senior Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 65,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J46166
