Here YOU are in charge of your financial success and the sky is the limit! As an Internet Researcher at The Select Group, you will: You will become an internet research guru and make a difference in people’s lives by putting them to work at the best companies in the Triangle You will use your creative and dynamic internet searching skills to provide a continuous flow of qualified candidates from various sources including: resume databases, social networking groups, industry lists, internal and external databases, referrals, competitors, search-engine optimization techniques, newspapers, and any other creative means You will work closely with the recruiting team to gain a solid understanding of what our client's needs are, and develop research and sourcing process techniques that will provide top talent for the client's specific needs You will work with Windows, Office, and Internet Explorer and Online Databases DAILY Work with and directly assist Senior Recruiters on all levels of recruitment from beginning to end.  Perform reference and background verification The ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills The ability to work independently or in a team environment Self-motivation with strong time-management skills Experience utilizing websites such as: Google, LinkedIn, Jigsaw, Facebook, Monster, Career Builder, etc. Strong internet searching capabilities A sense of urgency, a high energy level and a strong ambition to be successful Ability to coordinate multiple search efforts/projects at one time Must enjoy working on the computer doing various searches (keyword, Boolean, etc.)for several hours at a time  Highly organized and able to prioritize work with limited guidance or supervision Position Title: INTERNET RESEARCH GURU WANTED!!!
