IT Auditor - Fortune 500 Company, No Travel Required

Great Fortune 500 company seeking an IT Auditor II to conduct operational and compliance information technology audits that have moderate to high levels of risk to the organization. This would include developing audit programs and test methodologies, completing the audit assignments and ensuring work meets professional standards and reporting formats. Position will also evaluate the design and test the effectiveness of Sarbanes-Oxley IT specific assertion controls.

 

Position Responsibilities:

* Assess effectiveness of information technology process and related internal controls for business application and IT infrastructure

* Develops audit programs to test controls in new/existing applications, operating systems, databases, networks and security practices

* Communicate audit status and outcomes to management

 Required Degree(s), Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Accounting

* 1-3 years of IT auditing experience

 Preferred Degree(s), Skills and Experience:

* Auditing experience preferably in Public Accounting firm or large corporation

* CPA, CIA, CISA preferred
