IT Project Manager (Clinical / Pharma)

90746 If you have previous experience working in the Biotech or Pharma industry as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, this could be a great job for you. You need experience working with clinical and/or research groups to support their technical applications on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the internal customer facing activities of defining business requirements, proposing development solutions, and validating that these solutions meet the needs of the business. This position is responsible for the design, development and on-going support of solutions for clinical and research groups within the Bio/Pharma industry. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: IT Project Management Responsibilities include Project Management & Application Management to address local organization needs. Receive, analyze, and prioritize new requests with business partners. Ensure that End User requirements are captured in detail and properly communicated to development team. Co-ordinate Project Resources (Vendors, Budgets, Tools, etc.) to ensure that projects are delivered on time on quality and at budgeted cost. Monitor project milestones and communicate project progress to senior management. Ensure thorough documented testing of project assets (Software / Hardware) to ensure a smooth transition into production. Provide recommendations for implementing ongoing support to ensure agreed upon SLA's are met in a post-production environment. Education/Language: Bachelor's Degree is required.Professional Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience providing and managing information technologies and services in a biopharmaceutical environment. Experience in developing and managing external business partner relationships. Experience in implementing and maintaining production and development architectures and technical solutions.
