 Are you ready to make a move to a company which is actually growing? Our client is a $2.6 billion business unit of a Fortune 500 company.  Because of continuing growth demands, we are searching for an experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager for a major plant located Texas. In this position,

Responsibilities include:

· Responsible to manage global spend of up to $280M a year.

· 4-7 direct reports; 2 in America, 1-3 in Asia and 1-2 in Europe.

· Identify cost reduction opportunities to meet Annual Cost Reduction Goals in the following categories – hotels, airlines, MRO, IT, marketing and communication, contract and consulting services among other

· Lead development and execution of cost reduction ideas through various cost reduction tools such .

· Develop and execute strategies to support the companies  key metrics such as lead time reduction, supplier rationalization, improved payment terms, quality and delivery.

· Work with functional and business leaders to develop policies and procedures to drive consumption reduction

· Drive Development, Deployment and Compliance of robust Indirect Sourcing processes

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering required

· Preferred – MBA

· 8+ years experience in Global Strategic Indirect Commodity Management

· Hands on experience in identified categories above

· 3+ years of experience in managing Global teams

· Experience in a medium to large Multinational Company, prefer Fortune 500 experience

· Strong Analytical and Project management skills

· Strong Communication Skills

· Ability to address all levels of management and “sell” ideas

· Strong leadership skills required

Compensation is $ 115,000-$130,000
