Interactive Marketing Associate

The Interactive Marketing Associate will set up, design, and perform day-to-day tactical tasks associated with the execution of online marketing programs. Proactively identifies and solves program execution issues; involves manager and other departments as needed.
The Interactive Marketing Associate is responsible for all aspects of data management, managing service vendors to perform various data-related functions to best practice standards, and designing and reviewing optimized output reports for quality assurance/control.

Responsibilities:
" Supports VP, Digital Strategy and Interactive Marketing Director on day-to-day client interaction as well as in all strategic endeavors, from both a thinking and administrative perspective.
" Develop a basic knowledge of the client's business, industry, competitors, etc.
" Conduct competitive and market best practices audits.
" Support business development efforts with research, structure, proposals and schedules.
" Deal with all aspects of data as it relates to marketing program execution for offline and online channels including: data process flows, marketing file selection criteria, segment/cell coding for response tracking and measurement, matrix development for segment/versioning control, website/response data capture (analytics), data analysis/QC, email link QC, and file transfers.
" Manage day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities on programs such as email, search, lead generation, and display ad campaigns.
" Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance results and assist in strategic analysis of campaigns.
" Review work of other Lorel departments to ensure it meets client expectations. Coordinate with project managers, marketing team members, account managers, technology and external vendors/partners.
" Distributes all key documents to internal team.
