WHAT we seek is someone who has: 2+ years of Staffing or Recruiting experience in an interactive group or staffing environment Solid experience with and knowledge of the Interactive Industry; could be hands-on technical experience, interactive recruiting, internal experience in an interactive agency or department, and/or strong online networking experience Ability to work quickly and multi-task among competing priorities Strong communication skills and comfort in discussing job preferences, salary expectations, and commutes with candidates Desire to BE the internal subject matter expert on all things Interactive and manage a LOT of information Proven ability to build a NETWORK, keeping in touch with a large group of people over time Strong verbal and communication skills and no fear of making lots of calls to Talent WHO we're looking for is someone who is: Fun (we don't sing "Happy Birthday," we scream it at the top of our lungs and almost catch the room on fire) Passionate about your work Driven by success (or maybe driven by getting a "major award," which just happens to be a lamp that looks like a mannequin's leg) Up for a chocolate snack at any time of the day - And as if that weren't enough, look at all these perks!
