Internal Corporate Recruiter - Wakefield, MA

Vedior North America is currently seeking creative and ambitious individuals with prior recruitment experience to serve as an Internal Corporate Recruiter for our US healthcare division.  Vedior North America is part of the Vedior Group of companies, one of the world’s largest international recruitment companies with more than 2,400 offices in 50 countries.

The Internal Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting internal staff for Vedior North America’s three US-based healthcare companies:  Clinical One, Locum Medical, and Delta-Pharma.  The healthcare division focuses on the placement of nurses, allied health professionals, clinical research associates, and physicians.  The position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Wakefield, Massachusetts but a remote position would be considered for the right candidate.  Full-time employment is also preferred, but would consider part-time of 20-25 hours per week.

Specific Responsibilities will include: Responsible for recruiting internal staff for Vedior North America’s three US healthcare companies representing 9 branch/division officesSource, identify, screen, and interview candidates for internal staff positions, such as sales, recruiting, administration, accounting, marketing, etc.  Effectively market open jobs on job boards, membership associations, social networks, etc., including the writing of the job description and candidate requirements to ensure an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirementsConduct phone interviews for branch positions and face-to-face interviews for office openings in Wakefield, MA; schedule candidate interviews with other managers as neededDetermine candidate eligibility and qualifications through current/past job performance, skill-sets, employment needs, salary requirements, and relocation requirementsAdminister online employment testing, and maintain and track test scores Perform background checks and reference checksExtend and negotiate offers of employmentProcess all paperwork required for the positionCommunicate with management to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategiesConduct hiring process that is compliant with EEO and ADA guidelines
Other duties related to the recruitment process as deemed necessary

Position Requirements: Minimum of 3 year recruiting experience in a professional business environmentBachelor’s degree strongly preferred Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Knowledge of benefits and compensation helpful Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle stress of hiring demands Must demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and the ability to interact and communicate consistently with managementMust be able to handle multiple candidate searches, be self motivated and work with minimal supervisionMust be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
