Company Description Leader in investment management Job Description Responsibilities for the Investment Operations Manager include: Managing daily team operations, work distribution, project management as well as communications with transfer agents, fund administrators, consultants, financial advisors and custodians Being responsible for interaction with senior management on determination and implementation of policy and compliance decisions and will work closely with internal legal, compliance, sales, marketing and trading departments as well as Dimensional's global offices to coordinate all investment operations Designing and implementing investment operating procedures & system enhancements to improve processing and enhance service Overseeing training and development of Investments Operations staff and quality control to ensure accuracy. Participate in management of daily relationships with outside vendors (transfer agents, fund accountants custodians, consultants) Overseeing processes and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies and regulations relating to investment operations. Review and evaluate procedures used to accomplish daily routines Establishing new client accounts, including contract negotiation. Verify trade documentation in accordance with internal trading policies and regulatory requirements including: anti-money laundering, customer identification and suitability Facilitating information flow to portfolio managers and sales staff Analyzing and resolve investment operational issues and trouble shoot Responding to special requests from clients, banks, trust companies, broker/dealers, and service providers Coordinating procedures, processes, staffing and system needs with global offices Required Skills 6+ years experience Experience in mutual fund or transfer agency experience MS Office skills Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Investment Operations Manager Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 85,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49559
