You will be leading the investor relation's effort for the bank's proprietary private equity funds as well as its joint venture private equity funds. You will be responsible for the management of the entire investor communications process, which includes working with several, more junior, professionals. Total compensation up to $400K! Company Description Premier investment bank Job Description Responsibilities for the Investor Relations Manager include: Preparing capital calls Distributing notices, quarterly reports and annual reports Acting as main point of contact for private bank relationship managers and their high net worth clients who are investors, as well as for selected institutional investors Conducting investor update meetings Working closely with investment professionals and accounting professionals Coordinating responses to inquiries/requests from investors, portfolio companies and regulators Organizing annual meeting for limited partners of various private equity funds Participating in investment committee meetings with general partners and other private equity professionals Ensuring that the investor relations team is closely aligned with activities of the funds for which they are responsible Providing support for the fundraising activities of the relevant funds, including assistance on drafting PPMs, due diligence questionnaires and other marketing materials Working with the head of funds marketing team to ensure the best practices are applied to all investor relations activities Required Skills 8-15 years of experience in the financial services industry 5+ years of investor relations experience with a private equity sponsor or hedge fund manager Desired Skills Private equity experience Experience managing a small team of investor relations or other professionals Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Investor Relations Manager Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 125,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49772
