Jr Recruiter/Account Manager

We are currently seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to join our team as a Jr IT recruiter/account manager. Key responsibilities include candidate identification, database management, internet mining, resume screening, and telephone screening. Developing successful relationships with recruiters and keeping them apprised of resume sourcing efforts on a timely basis. Partnering with recruiters to translate the job description so that potential candidate profiles can be built. You will also be responsible for developing new accounts through cold calling and networking.  Work well within a team oriented environment and be able to juggle multiple competing tasks and projects. Performing other job-related duties as necessary. Bachelor Degree is preferred. Previous experience in the IT industry is not required.
