Company Description Fortune 500 company Job Description As the Junior Tax Accountant you will: Prepare book tax adjustments Prepare/review investment partnership tax allocations Perform year-end tax reconciliation between the general ledger, trial balance and Investran's profit and loss statements Prepare/review year-end schedule K1s for investors Prepare/review tax estimates for investors Prepare federal, state and local tax returns for investment partnerships and blocker corporations Analyze scheduled K1s from our portfolio companies and capture all relevant book/tax differences as well as summarize state implications Assist in handling investor questions Coordinate foreign tax reporting Assist in special tax projects as needed Required Skills 2-5 years of tax accounting experience Knowledge of partnership taxation Proficient with Go-Systems, K1 suites software, Microsoft Office and CCH Pro System Desired Skills Big 4 experience Financial services background Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Junior Tax Accountant Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 60,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49459
