Responsibilities include: Guide multi-disciplinary business and technology teams through analysis, specification, design, development, and deployment. Act as a project manager, business analyst, and software architect consulting with users and business groups to deliver critical IT solutions to various business teams. Provide technical consulting on complex projects, formulating and defining system scope and objectives. Write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Lead technical architecture and design efforts in the ongoing specification and implementation of business applications assuring that efforts meet business requirements and integrate with enterprise architecture, performance, and interoperability standards. Manage business and process analysis to help define solutions to improve business processes via the use of information technology.
