Position:  Lead Estimator to Chief EstimatorLocation:  Columbus, OH (also Cincinnati, Cleveland ) One of the leading and top rated Ohio based General Contractors is seeking an outstanding Estimator.  If you are an experienced Lead/Project Estimator for a large General Contractor or a Chief Estimator for a smaller firm, this may be exactly the position you've been looking for. The candidate needed for this position must possess negotiated and conceptual estimating skills.  Understanding of estimating software such as MC2, or Timberline would be a preference.  These projects will be a combination of primarily ground-up new construction and large tenant improvements.  This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience and preferably years of experience with a General Contractor estimating commercial projects in the $5-$50M+ range. The qualified person for this position is someone who works as part of a team to complete projects within budget and meet deadlines.  This company is very serious about bringing on the right candidate to be an integral part of their estimating team.  If you are looking for growth potential in your career and the possibility to work on outstanding projects, please contact us ASAP! This is a “confidential meeting of the minds”.
