Manager / Director of SEC Reporting

92202 Exciting Pre-IPO opportunity with a rapidly growing software company. Help take them public! Our client is working towards an IPO and looking for a Manager or Director of SEC Reporting. The Manager / Director of SEC Reporting will be involved with: Preparing the 10-K and 10-Q SEC filings and assisting in S-1 and preliminary public filing forms. Assisting in the preparation of financial press releases. Researching new and existing GAAP and FASB pronouncements. Preparing company wide technical accounting research and memos. Assisting external auditors in year-end audits. Participating in the monthly close process.Qualified candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 6-8+ years of Accounting and Reporting experience.
