Manager of Corporate Finance

To learn more and receive consideration for this role, please email your resume along with salary history and job# to: boconnell@winterwyman.com Reporting directly to the CFO, the Manager of Corporate Finance will be responsible for worldwide corporate finance, with a focus on planning and analysis and other corporate finance matters. Specific duties and responsibilities may include: Plan and develop corporate financial value and corporate risk management processes. Assist in the development of the long term and strategic plan. Develop worldwide annual operating plan and provide quarterly updates. Serve as Group Operating Controller for certain departments within the company. Assist in the development and preparation of the monthly / quarterly management reports. Assist in the corporate M&A process including pre analysis of industry candidates, valuation, acquisition and implementation. Perform industry and competitor financial and operational benchmarking analysis. Qualifications: MBA required. CPA a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong economic and analytical skills. Thorough understanding of corporate valuation creation process.
