Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Manager of SEC Reporting Job Description: Manager of SEC ReportingFor company north of the river –The Manager will be primarily responsible for all quarterly and annual financial statement and other filings with the SEC. These duties include managing the quarterly and annual 10-Q and 10-K process as well as the preparation of various other SEC filings such as 8-K’s and Section 16 filings. Essential Functions: -Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process. -Responsible for all financial statement and other filings with the SEC. -Responsible for all Company accounting research and compliance. Must have a BA or BS degree in accounting.
