Manufacturing Cost Analyst

87564 Leading Boston-area Manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Manufacturing Cost Analyst will: Work closely with management to analyze financial results. Maintain Bill of Material records and perform cost valuations of inventories. Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and periodic forecasts. Participate in the financial evaluation of proposed capital expenditure products. Perform special project analyses to support cost savings projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3- 5 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality. Thorough understanding of inventory / cost accounting in a manufacturing agreement.
