Machining, Tooling Design, equipment for processing and assembly.Provide support to all staff, training in lean methodologies, improvement of waste, facilitate rapid improvement, lead breakthrough projects.Strong expertise in lean transformation tools and techniques.  Minimum 5-10 years in project engineering and or maintenance focused lean implementation and or deployment of lean principles, experience in heavy manufacturing leading change. Assembly/focus on automation/packaging.BSME preferred.  Strong tenure.  Overnight travel required.  Relocation provided.Leadership qualities.
