Marketing Associate - Investment Consulting

85576 Premier Global Investment Consulting Firm is seeking to add a high profile Marketing role to their Boston office. This diverse position will be involved in all aspects of the development and delivery of marketing materials, proposals and publications. The position will also maintain and manage the content on the intranet and internet. Specific responsibilities will include: Develop winning value propositions by identifying client needs and mapping those needs. Assist in the development and delivery of marketing and sales literature for internal and external uses. Stays on top of industry events and proactively suggests pieces to develop in response to the latest news and research. Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of a marketing strategy to support bundled services. Assist National Sales Team in the sales and marketing activities of global products and services. Conduct prospect and opportunity research. Continually maintain and update responses to standardized inquiries utilizing RFP database. Preserve documentation as it relates to sales and marketing activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years experience in financial services marketing. Proposal writing and proposal project management experience preferred. Institutional Asset Management Experience preferable, but not required. Superb writing and communication skills Proactive prioritization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as be a team player. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong multi-tasking skills are a must. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. PC skills a must, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Microsoft Projects and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Must be versatile and adept at both creative and technical writing and have experience writing for all types of media. Ability to position products versus the competition.
