If you have 3-5 years experience in branding, marketing and communications, strong skills in graphic design and layout and derive real pleasure from providing exceptional service – this could be the job for you!

 

This position is responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials, and requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can take each project to the next level.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work for a great team who will appreciate your efforts! 

 

This position is responsible for:

·  Developing marketing, sales and presentation materials (including artwork)

·  Ongoing updates and maintenance of company web sites

·  Design of print materials and recruitment print ads

·  Public Relations and media development

·  Identifying and ordering ad specialty items

·  Coordinating vendor contracts and services

·  Training of employees in marketing and ad writing

·  Maintaining and furthering the company brand

· Administer direct marketing programs

 

This position requires:

·  Strong computer skills with an extensive knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite & Front Page

·  Strong organizational & project management capabilities

·  Excellent written and verbal communication

·  Experience with direct marketing and bulk mail

·  Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

·  A self motivated team player who requires little supervision

·  Strong attention to detail & a commitment to excellence

·  An associates or bachelors degree; or 5-7 years experience
