Marketing Coordinator

86041 A very successful Hedge Fund is in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join their Boston office. Our client is one of the largest long/short dedicated hedge funds and have $600mm in assets under management. The Marketing Coordinator will partner with the CFO and the VP of Investor Relations for day-to-day coordination of investor reporting and prospect development. This is an outstanding opportunity to grab the reigns of a versatile role and become an integral member of the growth and success of this firm. Specific Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls and manage client requests. Complete special projects as they are assigned. Create and update market-specific knowledge for comparative analysis and reporting purposes. Coordinate fact checking for marketing presentations and client communications. Assist in planning, developing and executing lead generation marketing programs for prospect development. Manage and segment investor and prospect database to deliver targeted marketing programs. Proactively manage calendar for senior management meetings with clients and prospects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in the areas of finance and marketing. Superior analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Must be highly professional, ethical and organized.
