Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Proven track record of delivering results for a minimum of 5-7 years in progressively responsible Strategy and Marketing roles. The potential to lead larger and more strategically complex marketing organizationsResponsibilities: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for strategic planning, market segmentation analysis, product planning, product marketing and product management, and establishing pricing and margins. He/she will be accountable for helping build and maintain the high level of quality and service that people have come to expect for achieving assigned goals and objectives Along with the Director of Product Marketing - provide the leadership necessary for the development and execution of strategic plans Define non-U.S. growth strategies and execute global growth plans. Support market research and analysis, new market identification activities, and develop target markets and channels Drive sales to increase revenue through both distribution and OEM customers. Support the development of sales tools and collateral Develop strong personal relationships with customers and distributors, and VOC Manage Product planning, development and launch activities Assure that market intelligence is received and analyzed to capitalize on market opportunities as they occur, and minimize the effects of competitive activity.
