We are currentlyseeking to identify and add Marketing/Recruiting talent in the Dublin, Ohio market to service multiple major clients. You willbe expected to handle/grow a network of Clients and Candidates. PreviousStaffing, Recruiting, human resources experience is useful, but not mandatory.

 

Successful members ofthis team are looking to capitalize on their unrelenting desire to win. Youwill be able to demonstrate your previous experience of success and leadershipin a team environment. This position demands an extremely high degree ofenergy, determination to succeed and a “Can Do” attitude. Ability to do what ittakes to succeed. 

 

As a Full Time Staffmember you can expect to earn a salary plus commissions. You will be eligibleto participate in our benefits plan. 

 

 

Position Requirements

  Polished presentation skills, both face to face and via phone Multi-task at a very demanding rate of speed Ability to work whatever hours are needed to be successful Ability to attend and participate in after hours functions for client entertainment and company events.    Professional presence and dress required 4 year bachelor degree a must Must be able to pass standard background checks; including criminal background check, drug test, have a reasonable driving record While overnight travel is not usually required. Some may be required for client development, training and company meetings and events.
